Shipping Within Australia

• Standard shipping: $14.95 for orders under $300
• Free standard shipping: Orders of $300 or more
• Express shipping: $24.95

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Standard shipping: 2–8 business days
• Express shipping: 1–4 business days

International Shipping

• DHL Express: $49.95 for orders under $500
• Free DHL Express: Orders of $500 or more

DHL Express delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges applied by their country unless these charges are collected at checkout.

Order Processing and Dispatch

Orders are processed Monday to Friday during Queensland business hours, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Processing or carrier delays may occur during major sales, formal season and other peak periods.

Pre-order, custom-order and special-order garments may have different dispatch timeframes. These will be shown on the product page or confirmed before dispatch.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been dispatched. Please allow time for the carrier to activate the tracking link.

Shipping Address Changes

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.

If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at info@chaleese.com with your order number and correct address. We can update it if the order has not been dispatched.

Once dispatched, we cannot guarantee that an order can be redirected. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned because the address supplied was incorrect or incomplete.

Delivery Delays

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, customs processing or peak periods.

If tracking has not updated or your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us so we can investigate with the delivery provider.

Lost or Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost, contact us as soon as reasonably possible at info@chaleese.com. Include your order number and photographs of any damage where possible.

We will investigate and provide an appropriate resolution. Nothing in this shipping policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
